Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours.
Orders will not ship during Federal Holidays or days that the Post Office are scheduled to be closed.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We also currently do not ship internationally.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When the package is shipped, you will receive an email with your packages tracking number. Please refer to this tracking number when searching for a shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes
WoreBlu Clothing is not responsible for taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (taxes, etc.).

Damages
WoreBlu Clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly before contacting our team to file a claim. We do however take all incidents into consideration. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. After filing your claim, please contact us at woreblu@gmail.com for information on replacements, refunds and returns.
